The 2025 Faculty Basketball Tournament, jointly organized by the Jinan University Labor Union and the School of Physical Education, and undertaken by the Faculty Basketball Association, was held on November 1–2 at the Shipai Campus Gymnasium. Chen Ying, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee and Chair of the Labor Union, attended the closing ceremony and presented awards to the winning teams.

The tournament attracted 37 teams from 24 secondary labor unions, with nearly 300 faculty members participating. After two days of competitive matches, the winners in each category are as follows:
