A recent exchange event focusing on Party building and smart property development was held at Shenzhen Capital Group Plaza. Professor Lu Wengang, Dean of the Bay Area International Institute of Intelligent Emergency and Safety Development at Jinan University, led a delegation of faculty members and students on a field visit to the Shenzhen branch of Chongqing Dazheng Real Estate Management Co., Lt. The visit centered on the theme Quality Housing, Quality Property Management, Quality Communities, with both parties engaging in in-depth discussions on industry trends and potential collaboration.

Guided by New Dazheng's professional team, the delegation toured key operational areas of the Shenzhen Capital Group Plaza project. The visit included detailed inspections of smart equipment rooms, green energy-saving systems, premium service circuits, and intelligent parking facilities, providing firsthand insight into New Dazheng's technological applications and refined management practices.
Gu Xiyin, Executive Director of New Dazheng's South China Region, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He shared the company's achievements in Party building, corporate reform, and cultural development, outlining its core business philosophy: a people-oriented approach with dual empowerment—externally focusing on customer needs through value creation and community activities, and internally prioritizing employee growth and development; commitment to sustainable operations with responsible profit generation for investors; and decentralized authority enabling agile and efficient project management.
Gu expressed interest in deepening collaboration with Jinan University's research institutes in Party building and property safety, exploring how Party building contributes to corporate excellence.

The subsequent seminar featured substantive dialogues on innovative Party building + property safety strategies, standardization in property management, technological drivers of smart properties, and digital transformation practices.
Professor Lu emphasized the value of learning from private enterprises' practical experience, particularly in sectors like aviation, healthcare, and public facilities, as well as smart property digitalization. He expressed hope to systematize these field practices into standardized models that can be promoted as exemplary cases.

The exchange session saw active participation from Jinan University students, who raised questions about corporate culture implementation and emergency management systems. In-depth discussions addressed how to embed corporate culture into daily practice and ensure the effectiveness of emergency plans.
At the conclusion, Professor Lu presented an honorary certificate to the New Dazheng Shenzhen management team in recognition of their contributions to industry-academy collaboration.
The event culminated with the joint launch of the 2025 Bay Area Field Study: Large-Scale Survey on 'Quality Housing, Quality Property Management, Quality Communities' initiative. Led by Jinan University's research institutes in partnership with government agencies, social organizations, and enterprises, the program aims to generate evidence-based insights through field research to support high-quality development and improved livelihoods in the Bay Area.
