On the morning of June 22, 2025, the College of Information Science and Technology at Jinan University held its 2025 Graduation Symposium at the Panyu Campus Property Building. The event brought together over 30 participants, including school leadership, faculty representatives, parents of graduates, and graduating student representatives, to reflect on their university experiences and discuss the school's future development. The symposium was chaired by Zhang Yanli, Deputy Secretary of the School's Party Committee.

During the symposium, graduating student representatives spoke enthusiastically, fondly recalling their years at the university and expressing profound gratitude to their alma mater. They noted that the care from school leaders, the dedicated teaching of faculty, and the unwavering support from counselors had not only imparted professional knowledge but also taught them valuable life lessons, benefits they would carry forward. The graduates pledged to uphold the JNU spirit in their future endeavors and bring honor to the university.

The graduates also offered suggestions regarding curriculum design, practical teaching, and industry-university cooperation, drawing from their personal academic experiences. In response, Luo Guowei, Secretary of the School's Party Committee, stated, Our graduates are the school's most valuable asset. While the School has supported your growth, we highly value your feedback. I will bring these suggestions to our development planning meeting for serious discussion and study. Thank you for contributing to the school's progress.

Additionally, faculty representatives presented graduation mementos to the attending graduates as a token of the school's best wishes.
