The Jinan University Education Development Foundation held the election and first meeting of its fourth board of directors and supervisory board in Shipai Campus. The gathering approved the work reports from the previous board, ratified the audit report on the prior election, and installed new leadership, including the establishment of an honorary vice chairmanship and expanded overseas director roles.

•Board and supervisory leadership: Liang Yan was elected Chairman of the Fourth Board of Directors.
