The Bin Deshan/Li Dan team from the School of Chemistry and Materials Science at JNU has achieved a significant breakthrough in the research of conductive metal organic framework (cMOF) negative electrode materials for low-cost high-temperature potassium ion battery systems. Their findings have been published in the prestigious academic journal JACS under the title Conductive Metal Organic Framework with Super Redox Activity as Stable High Capacity Anode for High Performance K-Ion Battery (Journal of the American Chemical Society, IF=15.0).

This research offers a fresh perspective on the design of high-performance high-temperature battery electrode materials utilizing coordination chemistry strategies. The article's first author is PhD student Yang Menghua.
