The Intelligent Optoelectronic Devices and Quantum Detection Technology team in JNU's College of Science and Engineering has published a paper titled Optical Phase Contrast Microscopy With Incoherent Vortex Phase in Laser & Photonics Reviews (District 1, Chinese Academy of Sciences, IF = 10.947). The paper proposes an incoherent optical analog differential module based on uniaxial crystals, achieving high-quality phase-contrast microscopic imaging of unstained onion cells and transparent living cells. Zhao Mengting and Liang Xinzhou, graduate students in the Department of Optoelectronic Engineering, are the first authors, and Associate Prof. Zhu Wenguo is the corresponding author.
