Prof. Mai Yaohua's team from Institute of New Energy Technology in JNU's School of Microelectronics has published a paper in Nano Energy (IF=16.602), an international academic journal in the energy field, titled Cation-size mismatch and interface stabilization for efficient NiOx-based inverted perovskite solar cells with 21.9% efficiency. JNU is the communicating department. Associate Researcher Wang Yousheng is the first author, and he and Mai are the corresponding authors.

The research was funded by the Guangdong Research Fund and the basic scientific research fees of central affiliated universities. It is also supported by Chonbuk National University in South Korea and Qingdao University.
