The 2021 Jinan University and Huaqiao University Joint Entrance Examinations for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas Chinese, Chinese with foreign nationality and other international students was held in Guangzhou, Xiamen, Hong Kong and Macao on May 15 and 16. The main examination place was on JNU’s main campus.

This year 3,606 students participated from 30 countries, including the United States, Canada, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Portugal, Norway, Romania, Mexico,Venezuela, Brazil, Chile and Greece, as well as China's Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan area. Among them were 2,275 students from Hong Kong, 571 from Macao and 701 students from Taiwan. The main examination place in Guangzhou attracted 2,799.

The 2021 National Joint Entrance Examination for overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and is scheduled for May 22 and 23. Assigned by the Joint Enrollment Office of Chinese Colleges and Universities to conduct the exam, JNU will undertake examination work related to the national joint enrollment in Guangzhou.
