JNU Vice President Zhang Ronghua welcomed the participants on behalf of JNU, the project's lead unit. He described JNU's solid scientific research foundation in project-related research fields and said he would support the project in an all-around way to ensure its smooth implementation and achieve outstanding results.
Prof. Weng Jian of JNU and project leaders detailed the project implementation plan from five aspects: project outline; organization and management; implementation plan; achievements and assessment methods; and safeguard measures. Focusing on the project's research objectives, Weng introduced the project analysis, technical route, timeline and assessment index. He also clarified the task division and mutual connection of each part.
Oriented to the new infrastructure' of the national blockchain, it addresses problems in cross-chain systems, such as interconnectivity and mutual trust between heterogeneous multi-chain systems; the efficient and reliable collaboration of multi-chain systems; the multi-dimensional self-adaptive governance of cross-chain systems; and the fragility of the cross-chain systems.
It aims to make breakthroughs in key technologies such as heterogeneous multi-chain serializing coroutines technology, cross-chain aggregate transaction processing technology and full life cycle cross-chain governance technology.
Aiming at technologies like intelligent identification and risk control technology threaten to cross-chain systems. The project plans to build a universal, efficient, credible and secure platform for heterogeneous multi-chain interconnectivity; develop cross-chain systems; and carry out experiments and create applications in supply chain finance. It is intended to provide a new direction for building a value Internet that runs horizontally and vertically and covers the digital society.
