First is to be charitable, which is to love the country and people.

All teachers, students and alumni of JNU from all over the world have fought the epidemic through donations, research, popularization of scientific knowledge and voluntary service, which are all vivid teaching materials, manifesting JNUers’ loyalty and love to the country and people.

Second is to have a scientific spirit, believe in science and stay away from rumors.

President Song hopes that students can be responsible youth, believe in science, stay away from rumors and make a joint effort to win the war against the epidemic.

Third is to be studious, clear-minded, confident and successful.

Song hopes all students can develop a new way of thinking and learning habits, as well as acquire the learning skills of the Information Age by making full use of the benefits brought by this digitized era. He also expects students can keep an open mind and never stop learning.
