Dr. Larry Linamen, vice president of California Baptist University, visited JNU on Oct. 15 Dr. Zheng Sasa, a CBU nutriologist, and Vicky Zhang, deputy director of the school's international admissions office, to discuss communication with teachers and students and a dual-degree joint training project. During the visit, the specific schedule for undergraduate exchange between the two universities was determined, and the intention to establish a joint laboratory and a cooperative relationship with JNU's School of Physical Education emerged. JNU Vice President Hong An met with the delegation.
Through this visit, Hong said,he hoped to elaborate the details of cooperation on teacher and student exchange and dual-degree joint training at the university level on the basis of existing cooperation and to explore the prospects for the establishment of joint laboratories and physical education teaching and training.
Lin also visited the JNU International School. After gaining a deep understanding of its English-teaching major, he expressed his keen expectation for future student exchange.
Founded in 1950, California Baptist University is a private university located in Riverside, near Los Angeles. It offers 150 undergraduate programs and more than 40 master's degree and certificate programs for more than 8,000 students. It is known for its small classes and exquisite campus.
