A research team from JNU's Institute of Nanophotonics led by Prof. Li Baojun, and Associate Prof. Li Yuchao has published a research article in the International Journal of Material Science. The article, Living Nanospear for Near-Field Optical Probing, was the cover paper on Sept. 28 in ACS Nano (IF = 13.7). Li Yuchao is the first author, and Li Baojun is the project leader.
The team successfully assembled a biocompatible nano-optical probe by using light manipulation technology to achieve high-precision detection of leukemia cells in human blood. The study, titled It's Alive! Living Nanoprobes Made of Cells was reported by In Nano, a special column of ACS Nano. To date, 11 research papers by this team have been published as cover papers or inside covers in international journals.
