JNU Vice President Zhang Ronghua led a delegation that visited Egypt, Greece and Turkey from June 17 to 26. In Cairo, the delegation held talks with Chen Jiannan, president of the China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification in Egypt. The two sides discussed further cooperation in depth and jointly inaugurated an admissions office.

In Egypt, the delegation also visited Deiren Chinese School, the Chinese Egyptian Community Affairs Council and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria, discussing policy for enrolling overseas Chinese.

In Athens, it visited the Greece Overseas Chinese Association, where the two sides had in-depth exchanges on JNU's teaching, research, student living conditions and enrollment conditions in Athens. It held a ceremony, establishing the Overseas Enrollment Office of Jinan University.

The delegation also visited the Turkey-Chinese Business Council to discuss establishing a recruitment center in Istanbul.
