The second Forum on Orthodontics/3D Digital Invisible Orthodontics Technology Talents Seminar took place at JNU on May 16. About 400 orthodontists, clinical assistant doctors and medical students from stomatological hospitals, institutions and medical science faculties in mainland China (Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, Sichuan, Tianjin, Qinghai and Henan), as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, attended. In the opening ceremony, JNU's orthodontics team, led by Prof. Kong Weidong, director of the orthodontics department in the First Affiliated Hospital, announced the establishment of Guangzhou’s first Therapy Center of 3D Invisible Orthodontics in JNU's Affiliated Stomatological Hospital．

Experts and scholars from Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macao and other regions who have made outstanding achievements in invisible orthodontics gave professional lectures.

The therapy center is a milestone showing that the hospital can use digital technology in orthodontic treatment. It enables doctors to use simpler operations to do more accurate treatments and patients to experience to enjoy simpler, more comfortable treatments.
