Rita Dove, 1987 Laureate of Pulitzer prize for Literature, and 1993 poet laureate of the United States of America and the highest decorate American poet --- the 7th and the youngest winner since the  Library of Congress set up the award in 1985, the first African American poet laureate of the United States of America.
