Three collaborative innovation center included in “2011 Collaborative Innovation Center”Development Program

Three collaborative centers of our university were included in the 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center Development Program, according to a notice publicized by Guangdong Province Education Bureau on the first batch of universities of Guangdong Province that have been selected by the program. The three centers are Overseas Chinese & Chinese Peaceful Development Center, Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Traditional Medicine and Natural Medicine Collaborative Innovation Center and Guangdong Industry Transformation and Upgrading Center.

The program was launched in March this year and underwent several rounds of reviews and selection, 17 centers were selected into the program. Each of the three universities, namely Sun yat-sen University, South China University of Science & Technologies and Jinan University has 3 centers selected by the program.
