Professor from UCLA employed as visiting professor of the College of Foreign Studies

Prof. Ling Jinqi from UCLA was employed as visiting professor of the College of Foreign Studies. The employment ceremony was held on September 23^rd. And the letter of employment was conferred by Professor Gong Qi, dean of the College of Foreign Studies to Prof. Ling.

Prof. Ling is a renowned professor in the field of American Asian Literature studies worldwide. That Prof. Ling’s joining will play a crucial role in the key programs design and establishment, graduate students cultivation etc. After the ceremony, Prof. Ling delivered a speech titled Challenges to Foreign Literature studies in China in Context of Globalization.
