Mr. Liu Kun employed as Honorary Dean of Emergency Management School

Mr. Liu Kun, deputy governor of Guang Dong Province was employed as Honorary Dean of Emergency Management School of our university.

On the employment ceremony, an employment letter was given to Mr. Liu by President Hu Jun of our university and towards him Mr. Hu Jun also expressed his gratitude on behalf of our university for his long-term support to the development of the College of Emergency Management. And he also expressed the university’s resolution of giving more support to the development of the college so as to contribute our part to the emergency management in Guangdong Province and nationwide.

Subsequent to the ceremony was a speech delivered by Mr. Liu Kun, titled Fiscal Allocation & Rural Construction. From the perspective of the fiscal allocation and rural construction in Guangdong Province, he discussed over the three issues: Vicissitude of City and Country in Middle-income era, Differential Developments of Industrial District & Rural District, Equalization of Fiscal Allocation & Public Services.
