MOU for Joint Institute of Emergency Management Signed between Royal Road University and Jinan University

On the morning of November 7, with the witness of Christy Clark，Premier of British Columbia, Canada and Mr. Luo Weiqi, Director of Guangdong Provincial Education Department，Prof. Hu Jun and Dr. Allan Cahoon, presidents of JNU and RRU signed an MOU to establish a Joint Institute for Emergency Management.
