California State East Bay University, a university in the United States, has received first-class ratings from several of the nation's most respected evaluators of universities and colleges. These trusted publications are the primary sources of information for prospective students and their families throughout the United States.

On September 7, 2011, Dr. Raymond Wallace, Executive Director of International Programs, and Dr. Jiansheng Guo, Professor and Interim Associate Dean of College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences from California State University East Bay, U.S., paid a visit to the International School (IS).

They were warmly welcomed by Professor Tang Shuze, Dean of IS. The morning meeting generated a productive dialogue about a possible Master’s program, summer program, student exchange program, and other mutual cooperation programs. The proposed programs will be especially useful for Public Administration students. After the meeting, the guests were given a campus tour by Chen Anny.
