ABSTRACT
The two-day Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation held in Beijing on May 14 and 15 is a grand meeting with the largest scale and highest level since the B& R Initiative was put forward. What's the latest development trend of the B&R Initiative in the future after the forum? China is the initiator of the initiative, and responsible and supportive practitioner. What's the B&R Initaitive? What did the initiative accomplish in more than three years since it was proposed? What is the theoretical system supporting the development of the B& R initiative? At the critical stage of all-around construction of the B&R Initiative, JNU Centennial Hall holds lecture series to decode the B&R Initiative. This time we invite Liang Hai-ming, authoritative researcher on the B&R Initiative, president and chief economist of China Silk Road iValley Research Institute to analyze and illuminate the B&R Initiative to help us get a better understanding.
