ABOUT KE LAN
Ke Lan obtained Bachelor Degree in Law in China University of Political Science and Law, Master Degree in Law in Peking University and PhD in Law in China University of Political Science and Law. He was the professor in Northwestern University School of Law. In 2013, he was selected into the fourth list of excellent young and middle-aged lawyers in Shannxi. He majored in Philosophy of Law and Legal Culture, and he concentrated in legal culture and legal history in Ming and Qing of A Dream in Red Mansions. He was the excellent youth scholar who could do leap-type research on western and Chinese traditional legal thoughts in the field of Jurisprudence. In 2017, he delivered the lecture series The Mystery of Creation and Existence of A Dream in Red Mansions and The Iron Hand Yongzheng in CCTV Social and Law channel Lecture Hall, which were favourably reviewed by mass audiences and many academic colleagues. He was invited to do above ten academic reports on the subject of legal culture in A Dream in Red Mansions in many famous universities such as Tsinghua University, Nankai University, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, Beijing Insitute of Technology, Suzhou University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Nanjing Normal University and so on. His major works included American Crisis and The Mystery of Creation and Existence of A Dream in Red Mansions (Be published).
