ABOUT WEN TIE-JUN
WEN TIE-jun is the second-class full professor at Renmin University, vice chairman of scientific committee in the university, executive director of sustainable development college, director of the rural construction center and institute of rural economy and finance. He has part-time job as the member of National Advisory Council on the environment, policy consultation expert and adviser of provincial units from Department of Commerce, State Forestry Administration, Beijing city and Fujian province. From 2004 to 2013, he served as dean of school of agriculture and rural development at Renmin University of China in two terms. In 2010, he was elected as the supervisor of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperative. National Banking Regulatory Commission authorized him as Non-Executive independent director of ABC in 2011. In 2013, he held concurrent posts as executive dean of the southwestern China rural construction college and distinguished professor of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. He acted as non-executive independent director of New Hope Group and Liuhe Group in 2013.


ABOUT THE LECTURE
As a famous ideological scholar and expert in three rural issues, WEN TIE-jun is always working on the reform direction of China and the three rural issues. In this lecture, by combining his own research and investigation for decades, he will explain the changes of China’s Land Policy and its inner logic in detail. He will also introduce the related experience of other developing countries.
